I lost my membership user name or password.
If you loose your user name or password you may request that a copy be sent to your email address. Click the “Login” link that is located at the right on every page. Next, look for the form at the bottom of the Login page that says “Lost Password?” Enter your email address or user name into the form and you will be sent the necessary information.
I would like to change my membership user name and/or password.
To change your user name and/or password, login and click the “My Account” link. If you have lost your password or user name please see the answer to the previous question. Once you are logged into your account page look to the right for the section titled “Useful Links”. In this section you will see a link to “change password/edit profile. Click that link to access the page that contains your account profile information. Under Edit Profile you will be able to change your user name, password, email address and other profile information. You may change this information as often as you wish. It is your responsibility to keep this information up to date so that we have your current contact information should we need to contact you about your account.
How do I cancel my membership?
Login and then click on the Membership FAQs page under the Member’s Area. Instructions are on that page.
I have not received my e-zine subscription confirmation
If you are using a spam filter of any sort your verification message may get trapped by this filter. If you do not see your verification email arrive, check the folder where your filters place your spam or bulk mail. You should also make sure that you have our email address listed as one of your preferred senders.
If you have accidentally deleted the message or cannot find it, wait 12 hours from the time you last submitted your information and then go back to the main page and re-enter your information again.
Typically Yahoo, Hotmail and G-mail accounts have problems receiving messages due to filters and/or “bouncing”. If you are using one of these accounts you may want to switch to another account.
If all else fails you also may wish to contact your ISP to find out why you have not received your confirmation.
I am not receiving my ezine
If you are having trouble receiving your ezine, first make sure that you have added our email address to your list of preferred senders.
If that doesn’t fix the problem you can write to your email service provider and ask them to help you find out why. Here is a sample letter that you can send to them:
Dear [Name of Your email Service Provider]:
I am subscribed to the Keeping Up Ezine from www.KeepingUpAtHome.com.
This is an electronic ezine that I have subscribed to but unfortunately I have not been receiving my issues. After contacting them, and determining that their ezines are being emailed to me, they suggested that I contact my email service provider to determine why I am not receiving this opt-in publication and what can be done to rectify the situation.
They are using the email address ezine@keepingupathome.com and are using the aWeber list service at aweber.com.
Do you have any filters in place that may be preventing me from receiving my ezine from either aweber.com or KeepingUpAtHome.com?
Please advise me as soon as possible, as I would like to receive this ezine.

I am receiving the ezine but it is blank or I can only see part of it.
Here are some things you can do.
- Make sure that you have added ezine@keepingupathome.com to your list of preferred senders.
- Check any programs you have that run spam filters. Make sure that your settings are allowing you to receive our html content.
- Check your email program for any settings that are blocking our html content.
- Check with your ISP to see if they are blocking our content.
